RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Marked & Bound, every item is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size selection issues, or order changes after checkout.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’re committed to making it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a problem, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, you must report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and either resend or refund your order if it qualifies.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an address error results in a returned package, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are not claimed or delivered and are returned will be held for a limited time. If not reclaimed within 30 days, the items may be donated to charity. Reshipping is available at your expense.

Returns & Exchanges for Sizing or Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind. Be sure to check product details before ordering. If you have questions, we’re happy to help before you make your purchase.

Before You Return Anything

Please do not return any products without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
