SHIPPING POLICY

We’re so excited for you to receive your order! All of our products are made to order, which means we need a little time to create your item before it ships. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.

Processing Time

Each item is made just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing time may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order is fulfilled, it will ship based on the selected shipping method at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–5 business days

  • International orders: 5–20 business days

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the shipping method, and the number of items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs & Duties (for International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, reshipment will be at your expense after confirming an updated address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.
